Because of her love for both Scripture and Mental Health, Sarah is passionate about synthesizing clinical and Biblical language to equip ministry leaders to see trauma through a Biblical lens.
Her unique practice is one of the only mental health centers to practice advanced neuroscientific approaches to healing that are based not only in Biblical truths, but also an understanding of God’s own design of the body/brain to heal. Carley is passionate about walking alongside children and teens who are navigating emotional or behavioral challenges. With a heart for restoring emotional regulation and stability during life’s hardest seasons, she offers deep empathy—especially for young clients learning to make sense of big emotions. Carley often reminds parents: if anxiety, trauma, or relational stress feel overwhelming for adults, how much more intense must they feel for children.
Carley has completed her Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College and hold a Provisional License in Professional Counseling. Her clinical work is grounded in developmentally sensitive, evidence-based approaches tailored specifically for children and adolescents. She has received training in play therapy and is continuing specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration, and EMDR—with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care for children and young clients. She has undergone extensive training in administering EMDR to both adults and children.
Carley is thrilled to be part of the Pneuma team, where cutting-edge neuroscientific tools like EMDR, Neurofeedback, and HeartMath are used to accelerate healing and strengthen the therapeutic process.
Relational at her core, Carley’s therapeutic style is warm, intuitive, and client-centered. She creates nurturing spaces where young clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. With deep respect for every child’s story and a belief in their God-given worth and potential, she integrates creativity, play, and presence to help children build emotional resilience, deepen connection, and grow in confidence and self-compassion.
A former collegiate athlete, mentor, and award-winning student clinician, Carley is known for her devotion, dedication, and natural ability to connect with young hearts.
She invites you to begin the journey of healing together—because every child deserves to breathe more deeply and walk more confidently through life’s challenges.
Darrell Myles is a New Orleans native and a current resident of the Covington area with a deep calling to serve individuals and families through clinical excellence and spiritual integration. A former collegiate athlete and mentor, Darrell understands the value of discipline, leadership, and the power of being truly understood in one’s journey toward healing.
Darrell believes that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel respected and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. His clinical approach is rooted in the belief that “brain-based” modalities can reach the root of issues often inaccessible through talk therapy alone. To that end, he is currently engaged in ongoing training to administer EMDR and offers Neurofeedback as part of Pneuma’s trauma-informed care.
In his practice, Darrell prioritizes:
Curiosity over assumptions to truly understand each client’s unique story.
Depth over surface solutions to foster long-term resilience.
Authentic progress that aligns with who a person truly is, rather than who they feel they are “supposed” to be.
Drawing from Family Systems, Trauma-Focused, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Darrell helps adolescents, adults, and families clarify patterns and develop practical, forward-moving strategies for change. His work blends clinical insight with a mature faith in Christ, providing a grounded and compassionate space for those navigating life’s most difficult transitions.
